The first step in manuscript evaluation is an examination by the Editor-in-Chief of manuscripts submitted to the IJARCE. The Editor-in-Chief first tests the manuscript for the several criteria of subject scope, apparent scientific validity, archival editorial style, timeliness, topical importance, conciseness, relationship to prior publication, appropriate references, and length. In the second step, manuscript is reviewed by two relevant reviewers so manuscripts will be assigned to an Editors who will supervise the review process and provides recommendations on acceptance to Editor-in-Chief who will then make the final decision. The manuscripts considered suitable for peer review will then be subject to two or more expert reviews. The journal aims for an initial decision within 10-20 days.
